busy update

Ohhh I forgot to blog again! Lots of exciting things going on. 

Big C has been busy at work experience, the first week didnt go quiet to plan, but thankfully this 2nd week she seems to so much more settled in this new placement.

Little C had her school day trip to France, a very early start and late finish, but she seemed to through enjoy her selfs, she brought home with her a box of Celebrations!

Both the younger girls have been on thier day trip to London with the guides, Another amazing day out for them both, A trip round  Madam Tussauds  with the 4D experience that from what I hjear frightened the life out of Middle C... 

S had had her leavers prom at school, she looked absoulty stunning, she wore her bridesmaid dress, and we added different accessories and did her hair differently .. I cant believe how grown up she looked.

S is currently in her last week at middle school, she goes up to high school on Friday, an emotional time as she says good bye to some of her friends and looks fwd to reconnecting with old ones, as well as making new friends. 

& also this week the work on the bedrooms has finally started! Very exciting ...

Lots of every day other things that im just to tired t think about blogging have also happened  :) 

going down ,,

My head is about to explode, just so much going on at the moment, I just cant keep balanced ... I cant keep my self afloat, Im up and down more than a well played with yo-yo .. Being a mum to a teenager is so hard work, Oh when my biggest worry was "whom might my toddler bite today" seems like a different life ago. I know the what ifs wont do me any good now .. but I dont know how it got to this.

 I do know that tomorrow morning, I have to get up and act like I know what im doing and take my teen back into school and explain to her teacher that she quit her work experience placement after just one day, because she didn't think it was in her best interests for her to be there! && I know that in order to do that I need to get some sleep. So I need to try shut down my thoughts and maybe try count some sheep because I know for sure that morning will be here sooner than Im ready to wake up!

Baby Shower

Lots of fun and games were had on sunday as we all celebrated the coming birth of little Baby Girl Warren with a baby Shower ~ A real reason to put the stress and worries of every day life aside for the day to live in the moment and celebrate what a mirical life is .. How truley blessed each and every one of us are to be here.

 Having never attended one in my life, and not being too sure what they really entailed, I can say with my hand on my heart that every pregnant mummy should have a shower .. Such a fun way to celebrate Pregnancy., For the kids it was great, that reminder that things were coming to an end, waiting 9 months to meet your little sister is a very long time when your 7 & 11, its not much quicker when your any older either:) The mummy to be, altho is incredible discomfort for many pregnancy related reasons was blooming, .

Some times it hurts ...

When you cant do right in the eyes of your child ... It took me a lot of years to realise being a good mum is not about being liked. At times I have to do things that the children dont like I cant always grant every request and wish they want, At times their safety and the values I want them to learn have to come before those needs. But this feeling of always doing wrong in the eyes of my teen hurts like hell!

Happy 11th Birthday to my baby girl

OMG where have these 11 years gone!

She's had lots of fun, got lots of lovely gifts ... and has enjoyed a wonderful birthday with her friend Courtney .. who will soon be enjoying hr own 11th birthday!

Ooh La La

Very early start to the day today S has her school trip to France, So exciting for her, I really hope the travel is smooth and the weather holds nice for them all.This is going to be awesome experience for them all .. My stomach how ever is doing its very own acrobatic show today .. Its kinda very unsettling knowing my daughter is in a different country at the moment .. SO much sea is separating us!

busy time of year

Im so tired again at the moment, my calender is jam packed with half the dates im trying to juggle, the other half I forgot to write down! Eek The end of term is drawing near and with exams,work experience.School trips,  school dances, sports days, Parent teacher mornings/afternoons and evenings its all getting to me a little bit .. This last term before the summer is always a chaotic one but this year with the closure of middle school their seems to be more of an sense of importance attached. Adding to all this is the every dauy events that are happening, and the children's activities that are attached to their clubs, I feel my head is about to explode with all these extra early mornings and late nights! ..
